Please note: Orders are fulfilled by our trusted supplier network and ship directly from U.S.-based warehouses. Shipping times vary by product and location.

  • Weather or installation damage
  • Damage reported after 48 hours
  • Unauthorized returns

Return Shipping Costs

  • Other returns: Buyer pays return shipping

A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to non-defective returns.

Refund Process

Cancellations
