30-Day Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery for the following reasons:

  • Damaged items (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Defective products or missing parts
  • Incorrect item received

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
  • All parts, hardware, and accessories included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items not eligible for return:

  • Assembled or partially assembled products
  • Items with missing parts or damaged packaging (unless reported within 48 hours)
  • Products damaged due to improper use or installation

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Inspect packages immediately upon delivery
  2. Note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing
  3. Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage
  4. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Return Shipping

  • Damaged/Defective/Incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs
  • Change of mind returns: Buyer is responsible for return shipping
  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for non-defective returns

Due to the size and weight of our products, return shipping costs for large items can be significant. Please contact us before returning to receive a shipping estimate.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return process.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
