5. Orders and Payment

Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other approved processors. Gazebos R Us does not store your payment information.

Gazebos R Us reserves the right to:

  • Reject orders due to suspected fraud or policy violations

Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability. In rare cases where a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

6. Fulfillment and Shipping

All orders are fulfilled by our third-party fulfillment partners and shipped from U.S.-based warehouses. Gazebos R Us does not physically handle or ship products directly.

Due to the size and weight of our products:

  • Processing time: 2–7 business days (may vary by supplier and product)
  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on product, destination, and carrier
  • Most items ship via ground freight or standard parcel carriers

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Gazebos R Us is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, carriers, weather, carrier capacity issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Large or oversized items may require signature upon delivery. Please inspect all packages for visible damage before signing. If damage is observed, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours with photos.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Due to the size and freight-shipped nature of outdoor structures, returns are limited and handled on a case-by-case basis in coordination with our suppliers.

All returns require prior written authorization from Gazebos R Us. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to sender at the buyer's expense.

Covered situations:

  • Damaged items (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos)
  • Defective or missing parts
  • Incorrect items received

Return conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
  • Assembled or installed items are not eligible for return unless defective
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
  • Restocking fees of up to 25% may apply for non-defective returns
  • Return shipping for large items typically costs $200–$500+ and is the buyer's responsibility for non-defective returns

Not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been assembled or installed
  • Items with missing or damaged original packaging
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse after delivery
  • Items damaged due to improper handling, use, or installation after delivery
  • Damage not reported within 48 hours of delivery

8. Product Warranty

Gazebos R Us is not the manufacturer and does not provide warranties directly.

Some products may include manufacturer warranties covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are determined solely by the original manufacturer.

If you believe your product has a warranty issue:

  • We will assist in facilitating communication where possible

Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer. Gazebos R Us cannot guarantee warranty approval or outcomes.

  • Professional installation is recommended for large or complex structures

Gazebos R Us is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper assembly, inadequate anchoring, extreme weather, failure to follow instructions, or any other use of our products.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gazebos R Us, Gazeborus LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:
