At Gazebos R Us, we're committed to delivering your outdoor structures safely and efficiently. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 48 contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • U.S. Territories
  • International destinations

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped through our authorized U.S. fulfillment network.

  • Processing time: 2–7 business days
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Delivery Time

Due to the size and weight of gazebos and outdoor structures, delivery times vary:

Product Type Estimated Delivery
Canopy Tents & Small Gazebos 7–14 business days
Large Gazebos & Pergolas 10–21 business days
Hardtop Gazebos & Heavy Items 14–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary based on your location, carrier schedules, and other factors.

Shipping Methods

Depending on the size and weight of your order, items may ship via:

  • Standard Ground Shipping — UPS, FedEx, or USPS for smaller items
  • Freight/LTL Shipping — For large or heavy gazebos and pergolas

The shipping method is determined automatically based on your order and cannot be changed.

Shipping Cost

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Link to track your shipment

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Delivery Instructions

Before delivery:

  • Ensure someone is available to receive large shipments
  • Clear a path for delivery of oversized items
  • Verify your shipping address is correct at checkout

Upon delivery:

  • Inspect all packages for visible damage before signing
  • If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos
  • Report any damage to us within 48 hours of delivery

Signature Requirements

Large or high-value items may require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the carrier may:

  • Leave a delivery attempt notice
  • Reschedule delivery
  • Hold the package at a local facility for pickup

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Gazebos R Us is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at hello@gazebosrus.com. Changes cannot be made once the order has shipped.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • High order volume during peak seasons
  • Supply chain disruptions

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
