At Gazebos R Us, we're committed to delivering your outdoor structures safely and efficiently. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the contiguous United States (48 states).
At this time, we do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- U.S. Territories
- P.O. Boxes (for freight items)
- International destinations
Estimated Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped through our trusted U.S.-based fulfillment partners.
- Estimated processing time: 2–7 business days
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
Processing times may vary depending on product availability and supplier schedules.
Estimated Delivery Time
Due to the size and weight of gazebos and outdoor structures, delivery times vary:

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary based on your location, carrier schedules, weather, and other factors beyond our control.
Multi-Box Shipments
Due to the size and weight of gazebos and pergolas, most orders ship in multiple boxes (typically 2–10 packages depending on the product).
- Boxes may arrive on different days — this is normal
- Please wait for all packages before beginning assembly
- Check your tracking information for the total number of packages in your shipment
- Contact us if all packages have not arrived within 5 business days of the first delivery
Shipping Methods
Depending on the size and weight of your order, items may ship via:
- Standard Ground Shipping — UPS, FedEx, or USPS for smaller items
- Freight/LTL Shipping — For large or heavy gazebos and pergolas
Freight Delivery Information
Large gazebos and pergolas ship via freight carrier. Please note:
- Curbside delivery only: Driver will deliver to the curb or end of driveway
- No inside delivery: Freight carriers do not bring items inside or to backyard
- Appointment scheduling: Carrier may call to schedule a delivery window
- Be prepared: Have help available to move heavy boxes (some weigh 100+ lbs each)
Important: Delivery appointments are determined by the carrier and may vary by region. Missed appointments may result in re-delivery delays. Please ensure someone is available during the scheduled delivery window.
Shipping Cost
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:
- Tracking number(s)
- Carrier information
- Link to track your shipment
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment. Some carriers may take longer to scan packages into their system.
Delivery Instructions
Before delivery:
- Ensure someone is available to receive large shipments
- Clear a path and space for delivery of oversized items
- Verify your shipping address is correct at checkout
- Provide a valid phone number — carriers may call before delivery
Upon delivery:
- Inspect all packages for visible damage before signing
- If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos
- Do not refuse delivery for minor damage — accept the shipment and report to us
- Report any damage to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
Signature Requirements
Large or high-value items may require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the carrier may:
- Leave a delivery attempt notice
- Reschedule delivery
- Hold the package at a local facility for pickup
Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the shipment being returned to the warehouse.
Please note: Refused or undeliverable freight shipments may incur return shipping costs and restocking fees, which will be deducted from any refund.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Gazebos R Us is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at hello@gazebosrus.com. Address changes cannot be made once the order has shipped.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Carrier delays or capacity issues
- High order volume during peak seasons
- Supply chain disruptions
- Remote delivery locations
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
